About Personal Contact Programme

Learners are expected to attend the Personal Contact Programme (PCP) or Counselling to avail them of remedial coaching beyond the Study Materials. The PCPs are organised, involving interaction with the teachers and counsellors. The personal contact programme is organised and held in each semester as per the schedule drawn beforehand by CDOE. Dedicated and Experienced Faculties act as resource persons for the PCPs. However, continuous remedial counselling is also given by the teachers of CDOE throughout the year during working hours. The dates of PCP are notified in print and electronic media and on the website of CDOE NBU.

• Personal Contact Programme (PCP) for UG and PG programmes are being conducted at Head Quarters i.e. University of North Bengal only.
• PCP will be conducted during September / October (for those admitted in July session) at the Head Quarter and/or authorized LSCs.
• PCP will be conducted during March / April (for those admitted in January session) at the Head Quarter and/or authorized LSCs.
• Learners are informed to wait for further notification in this regard.
